Suddenlink expands 1-gig services to Amarillo, Canyon and Tulia, Texas

Suddenlink is apparently keeping with broad rollout plans for 1-gig services announced before the sale of the MSO to Altice, rolling out the product to the Texas towns of Amarillo, Canyon and Tulia.

"In sharp contrast to other providers, which are offering a gigabit service only to a few neighborhoods in primarily urban markets, we're pleased to be making our Suddenlink gigabit service available in all of the neighborhoods and households we are able to serve throughout Amarillo, Canyon and Tulia," Altice USA VP of Suddenlink operations Brian Borthwick said in a statement, describing the rollout as "the next step in Operation GigaSpeed."
