As Executive Director, Content Acquisition for Xumo, Layser is responsible for developing and executing content acquisition strategies, negotiating licensing agreements, and fostering strong relationships with content creators, studios, and distributors.
Prior to Xumo, Layser served as North American content vice president for Dailymotion, where he spearheaded content development strategies and partner acquisition efforts for the company during its most successful period of premium U.S. channel growth. Before that, he led video strategy initiatives for AOL, including executive producing the award-winning series "You've Got."
