Delicious deals dominate July’s most likeable new streaming TV ads

Welcome to our new recurring monthly series, exclusive to StreamTV Insiders courtesy of iSpot, where we look at which brands and new TV ad creatives on streaming hit the mark with consumers each month to secure a place in the Top 10 ranking based on likeability.

So which new brand ads and messaging did streaming viewers liked most in July?

Quick-service and casual dining restaurants showed up in force, accounting for four of the top 10 most-liked ads last month. But deals in general, particularly around food, appear to have been a winning message with consumer likeability around new TV ads in streaming in July 2026.

Leading the pack to clinch the No. 1 spot was casual dining restaurant Olive Garden with the following ad that featured new dishes for limited time creamy garlic fettuccines, scoring 24.6% likeability above the July norm:

Half of the 10 most likeable ads pitched consumers on a new product or deal. In the case of sixth-place Macy’s, the retailer boasted a significant 60% summer “Black Friday” deal, scoring 13.1% above the July likeability norm.

Interestingly, in July celebrities were absent from the most likeable streaming ads, as spots all zeroed in on key brand and product messaging and imagery.

And while QSR showed up in the ranks, so did CPG food brands including No. 3 Yoplait and No. 7 Special K – which both appeared with spots focused on brand messaging rather than product, scoring 16.6% and 12.6% above the likeability norm, respectively.

See those spots below:

3. Yoplait - Only the Finest

7. Special K - When Kids Keep You Up at Night
